At Voylla, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for most of our products. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Voylla account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Product

  Place the jewelry in its original branded box along with the invoice and any promotional certificates, ensuring it is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48-72 hours; please ensure you obtain a signed acknowledgment or tracking receipt from the courier partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
